ROSE TOTH
Owner and designer
Rose Toth founded RCI in February 2004. As owner and lead designer, she brings over two decades of experience guiding projects with clarity, consistency, and strong attention to detail. She prides herself on clear communication and seamless collaboration with clients, contractors, builders, and vendors to ensure every project runs smoothly from concept through completion.
At the heart of her work is a genuine love for getting to know clients and translating who they are into thoughtfully designed spaces. Every project is approached with a balance of function and beauty: pairing practical layouts and appropriate materials with refined, timeless design. The result is a custom solution that feels personal, intentional, and effortlessly livable.
Outside of work, Rose is a busy mom that loves time with her son, friends, volunteering at school and soccer, gardening, reading, travelling. She and her son are on a quest to see all 50 states together. She loves nature, hiking, kayaking, museums, amusement parks, zoos, big cities, little cities and staying in designer Airbnb and boutique hotels.
Eros Gallardo
Operations & Tech Support
Eros supports RCI Interior Design with a variety of behind-the-scenes tasks that help keep the office organized and running smoothly. His responsibilities include creating and editing Google Slides, assisting with computer updates, managing document shredding, and handling miscellaneous tech-related needs as they arise.
Outside of the office, Eros has a strong interest in math and geography and enjoys playing soccer, running and skiing. His curiosity and comfort with technology make him a valuable part of the RCI team.
Isabella DiMauro
Interior Design Assistant
Isabella DiMauro is an Interior Design Assistant at RCI Interior Design and a current interior design student at Bowling Green State University. She joins the firm with a strong interest in functional, practical design and a particular focus on kitchen and bath planning. Her academic work has strengthened her understanding of layout, materials, and how design decisions affect daily use. Isabella is naturally creative and detail-oriented, and she chose interior design because it allows her to combine problem-solving with helping people improve the spaces they live in.
Outside of school and work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, teaching dance, and working on creative projects, including crocheting, jewelry making, and other craft-based hobbies.
